This place is AMAZING! If you come within an hour's drive of Phoenix and you're NOT a vegetarian, you owe it to yourself to go there. Even if you're a 5 year old who lives on Mac & Cheese... you WON'T be disappointed! I'm actually thinking of rescheduling our flight home so we can go here again!

Love the food & wait staff.
The dress code is arbitrary. The bouncers decide who they like or dislike at happy hour, regardless of how the person is dressed. A real put-off for someone who goes there on a regular basis. Is there really such a problem with the way people dress, or do they really need to act like this place is so exclusive? I wore something that was OK to wear to work, but can't go to happy hour? What's the real issue? Guess when people stop showing up, maybe someone will rethink what's acceptable. This is twice I've been turned away. Guess my money isn't good enough for such a place. Won't be back! It was a good place for my friends to meet. Guess they'll have to go there without me, and it obviously doesn't matter to anyone but me.

The atmosphere is like the Old Sphegetti Factory. They have a lot of stuff everywhere with tons of textures and levels in a dimly lit dining area. The dinner items are pricey, but the lunch was reasonably priced. The waitress Ashlyn made me want to come back. Super friendly, helpful with recommendations, and kept checking on our table.

I went here for the first time for lunch after seeing the digital billboard ads. The waitress Ashlyn was great. She recommended some appetizers and we tried the spinach and artichoke dip. It came with a generous amount of toasted bread, but the cheese flavor was similar to Velveeta. I ordered the sampler lunch plate and after waiting a long while Ashlyn came to apologize that our order had gone to another table. It wasn't a problem until the manager gave us the plates, didn't apologize, and then the sausage was refrigerator cold. The brisket was salty and dry but the spare ribs were good. My pecan coleslaw was fresh but it's just coleslaw with choped peacans on top. I was expecting it to be done up a little more, like candied peacans or something. I'll probably come back and try the baby back and steaks that Ashlyn recommended. Apparently they're aged for a long time in-house. The meats are sauced which takes away from the flavor of the meat. Next time im going to ask for it on the side. Before we left the waitress even gave us extra doughnuts when we left. I was too full from the generous lunch portions to try any of them until later, but they are delicious.

Good, quick service. OK atmosphere. Cornbread was moist and yummy,but the Q rolls were the best thing we had there. Get those for the appetizer it was moist and fluffy. But everything else was mediocre,nothing to really complain about because it was good food but there definitely is better I could get at the price I paid. I probably wouldn't come back but it's not the worst I've ever had.

Food:

The baby back ribs are delicious. The meat is so tender it falls off the bone. Goes great with roasted corn and french fries. If you're a vegetarian, don't worry. They have potato skins with the option to hold the bacon. They also have different salad options. An onion block makes a great appetizer. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It can get very busy so reservations might be a good idea for parties of four or more.
