Bobo Chinese Restaurant, Bangor, Maine Restaurant Details

Food:

Pork fried rice had no pork, crab rangoon had no crab and chicken fingers and egg rolls were chewy and tasted microwaved. Worst chinese my boyfriend and I have ever had. period.

I have been going to Bobo's for more than 10 years. The food is always delicious - their lo mein is the best I've had. It has a fresh appeal to it and doesn't taste like it's loaded with MSG. Yes, the restaurant interior leaves a bit to be desired, but I've never let it bother me. To address a previously mentioned issue with their bathroom..... their policy is stated right on the door. Bobo's is located in a shopping plaza and if they let one non-patron in, they'd have to let them all in to go. Their restrooms are located at the very rear of the restaurant.... it would be pretty disruptive. I've never once had any issues with food or service in the years I've been going, but it seems that people always have something bad to say about every Chinese restaurant. Try it for yourself.

Was very disappointing... it tasted like flavorless food from a can and the service was very unfriendly.

Even though thise place may seem like a dive. The employees are very kind, and the food is always so fresh and hot. I enjoy the crab ragoon, Teryiaki Steak and the Low Mein the most! I would recomend you order to go. I never enjoyed the atmosphere, but the food is worth driving to pick it up!

Food was HORRIBLY OVERCOOKED and AWFUL! Everything was GREASY and packed TERRIBLY for delivery. Here's the best part....I called to request a receipt be mailed to me so that I could get re-imbursed for my expenses as I am having work done at my house which has my kitchen down...well, I was told they CANNOT DO THAT! When I asked why? I was told I could pick it up, but they wouldn't mail it...then HUNG UP ON ME! I called back to ask if that is how they treat customers and if she was the owner...she said the owner was not there, asked "what is the owners name??", she said, "I cannot give that to you!" OMG AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!
