Around 3:40 p.m. I placed an order to be picked up at 5 p.m. When I arrived the lady behind the counter ran into a side door and another lady walked past me and said that someone would be right with me. 7 minutes later no one was with me at. I started to walk around the lobby and try to make myself noticeable. Finally a lady came from the diner area and asked me if I needed help. I told her I was there for pick up. She walked over to the pick up area and argued a bit with the cook. I heard her say argumentative " its okay its just soup" and she proceeded to disappear into the back. 5 minutes later she finally came back with my order. And it's the wrong order. I'm not waiting another 5 minutes so I'll just take the wrong soup. So to recap , I arrived there a little before 5 p.m. to pick up an order I placed an hour and 20 minutes prior and I left there at 518 pm with the wrong order. And do you know what the worst part is? They weren't even busy. The lady behind the counter had been standing there the entire time. Never doing pickup again.

Excellent food and great service. Chris and Jake review's (probably the same person that they fired) should not be considered.

One of the best fast food places around

Almost 40 mins to get our lukewarm and tastless food. Then they needed over 16 minutes just to get us the check after we asked for it (twice).

They may have remodeled the inside for the better. But the staff and food are worse than ever.

Breakfast at its finest! Great food and awesome service! also loved the music they had playing! All around awesome atmosphere! I am a truck driver and sometimes its hard to find parking to get into a place to eat that is not a truck stop but not here! there is plenty of truck parking out back! check out my pic of the parking lot!

Took 40 minutes for our food to arrive, 10 minutes to get a refill on a drink and the food was greasy and disgusting to eat and look at. The staff was ride and inconsiderate.
