Why do they repeatedly hang up on me!? So annoying!! I'm trying to ask a question. The staff answering the phone is rude, unprofessional, refuses to pay attention or speak in a clear intelligible tone. She just wants you off the phone. Poor management/ownership to allow such "service" to take place. Looks like Blake's it is.

I love this burgar joint! But don't go to this store 6101 on San mateo! The staff is rude and unprofessional the doushe bag taking my order was texting at the register!!! Shitty customer service and the store is filthy AF nver coming to this one lol

I had called order in and I usually ask for the chile on the side be supper careful when you call orders in past 8:00pm they don't make your orders write I got chile on all my taco burgers and old fries worst dinner ever :(

The service at this location STINKS… They don’t seem to care about the customer… I called in an order so I would not have to wait in the long line that was out the door (slow line …) I was told to wait in the same line as the people placing an order. That’s the whole reason for a call in… is so your food is fresh and hot to pick up… not something that has been waiting on the counter until it’s your turn to be called on to order and pay. I know of a few Bob’s restaurants that have a call in pickup window. Maybe that’s what this place needs. By the way I never picked up my order Thanks for the Service…

Read good but service seemed rushed. Seems to be clean and well staffed.
