Bob's Burgers, Albuquerque, New Mexico Restaurant Details

Absolutely do NOT recommend this Bob's Burgers!!! I was in the drive through and almost got hit by a red jeep, with my daughter in the car, come to find out it was the store manager trying to cut me off to drop off a receipt and order a soda. I complained and asked for the district manager to call me, never did, I went back twice for no results. I tried another Bob's Burgers, it's been 2 months and I still haven't gotten any response. She put my daughter in danger and the store has had nothing to say about it. I'm appalled at the lack of responsibility Bob's Burgers has taken by their stores manager.

Cashier accidentally overcharged by card by $600! I understand that people make mistakes, and he was very apologetic... he had the manager on the phone, who did not speak to me, and couldn't come in so I could get the refund in cash. I have to wait for it to be processed. This is a very big inconvenience, as I am purchasing a vehicle on monday. I need that money in my account to be able to put a downpayment. The manager did not speak to me, did not leave me a number to reach her and did not offer any kind of discount. I was told to come back the next day and they will have it figured out! :( :( They need new management.

Worst place to get food. Dont get me wrong i love bobs burger ! This place has bad service waited 20 min for fries and 2 taco burgers!!!! would not recommend eating here if you are on lunch break of have to go. Just looking at previous posts and their experiences here.... Waiting 45 minutes..... Thats horrible ...

This location is the worst they are super rude and have nothing together. I called on my order and still waited for 45 on top of the time they told me. After that they lost my order and made me wait out of line. Worst service ever. Never will I recommend this location to anyone!

Delicious I go there offen I get taco burger combo. Food is great packing is messy new staff needed. Overall everything is good.
