Access to/from 4th Street confusing as traffic light at driveway doesn't aim at or control parking lot traffic

They can never get the order right. Always screw up something. And they want $15 an hour when they can't even get a grilled cheese right. The one on Central is way better, with better service.

I love the food here....but the service! Geeze it is deplorable! No matter what time of what day I've visited here the employees treat you like garbage! Almost as if a bad attitude is a prerequisite to work here...

Slowest drive thru I've ever seen. Can't believe they're still in business. Will never go back. You really have to try to be this bad.

One star for the food, but the service Sucks! super slow drive thru. Over 30 min wait or more. Not sure the people who work there care about customer service at all.
