Food:

HORRIBLE.... My co-worker's and I requested multiple orders from this place and the whole experience was like pulling teeth. The guy requested a credit card for each separate order OVER THE PHONE as opposed to just processing a credit card slip upon delivery. My co worker decided to use his credit card for the whole bill and was placed on hold. When the guy came back on the phone and we told him where he was delivering our food, the guy said he could not deliver to us because he had problems with our company in the past. This place is really unorganized and not customer service oriented, do not bother them with business!

Food:

Customer service was rude, was a hassle trying to place an order, and by the time I had gotten everything in place, I was told no due to the business I work in. Very bad for a first time calling in to order. Not a place I would recommend calling if you are at work. Especially when they ask for your card info, tell you they will run the payment, put you on hold, and then tell you no. Basically, the whole thing sucked.

We called to make separate orders, the guy on the phone was really rude because we wanted to pay separately. The guy got snappy so my co worker decided to just put it all on his card because he didn't want to offer this service. After he took down all the orders he asked him where he was delivering to and he gave him our address. Then he said no we cant deliver there because of your company. He refused to give us service. You just lost a pretty good amount of money because you're stubborn and cranky. Hope its worth it. I think all the reviews below me with 5 stars was probably him pretending he gives good service. Good day

Service was slow, orders was messed up, and the boss Bob is very rude! He talks to you as if you are a child and he called his employee a Moron in front of me; which is also very rude. Everyone makes mistakes, whether you were talking to a family member or not; they're still your employees while at work.

After completing my online order for a company that orders from this place weekly. I was charged a different total than my confirmation. When i called to question this i was given a story of a website glitch and extra charges that was never discussed, nor was i contacted. I was then hung up on. I called back and was called "Baby" and transferred to Bob the owner, where i was ridiculed and spoken to as if i was a 5 year old. I explained that the eCommerce of their site should have added "these extra charges" or at least i should have been contacted when the total was dramatically different than what was confirmed. Bob proceeded to give me a lesson on commas and his menu suggesting that it is common sense and adding totals should be easy from their. I explained that my total was in fact correct and the lines of his menu suggest a different price entirely.
I asked why i was being held responsible for a glitch in his system and he continued to argue with me. He then told me he is taking down his site, i request a refund in the difference from HIS mistake and hung up on me. What happened to customer service?
BOB- you are by far an arrogant person that does not have a top customers well being nor dedication in mind- TERRIBLE experience... and this company will never support your "Deli" as well as the entire business park surrounding.
Customer Service...... thanks for setting a great example!

FYI- BOB! when using your Online Order form- there is nothing by way of "Additional Prices" visible for one to see that there would be additional charges! The menu you were reading me was different than your site ordering options- however thank you for trying to educate me on punctuation and common sense!
