I'll try not to make this long...but the experience I had here ruined my birthday. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but that's about it. The food was at best boring and flavorless, at worse (my steak?) looked so much like someone dumped a can of dog food on a plate that I refused to touch it. Oh BTW that plate of dog food cost $22. The best description of the sangria that I can give is that if you were to mix Hawaiian Punch with some cheap wine you could probably have the same taste at home. The one decent item I had that evening was the chocolate mousse; which the waiter let slip that they don't make it but buy it from the chocolatier next door. Wow, the one decent item in the place is not even prepared there. Would have liked to have had lamb chops, but oh wait!, we don't have any lamb! Then why is it on the menu? Even the table we sat at sucked, it rocked on unsteady legs the entire meal. If you read the the prior dated good reviews of this place bear in mind one was written by an Englishman(they know about as much about food as they do about drinking responsibly), one is a shill reviewer, and the other 2 were cheap skates with coupons. If you fit into any of the mentioned categories then you might enjoy this place. The owner was very gracious and kind, so was his staff, but if I was screwing my table over to the tune of $200 I'd might have been smiling as well.

Visited bocaito from Google Offers page , they honored the free glass of wine despite me not bringing in the coupon, loved the tapas, try the cod fish... incredible. .

I ordered 3 paellas negras for take out at about $15 a piece. They gave me 3 small containers with some rice and nothing but hard mussells and I'm not talking about the shell, a couple of shrimp and a few calamari. The food wasn't even warm! No sides with the meal not even a measley salad or bread. Will never eat here again! I don't see these guys staying in business very long.
