Above standard Bojangles location near the RTP with quick service and perfectly cooked biscuits and fries. Get the gravy, always.

So disrespectful of their customers.
Nov 1 2013. Very rainy dark night. I stopped in to get dinner for my family. Got a family pack and sides. I get home and I'm missing the mashed potatoes. I really don't want to go back out into the rain to get it, there have been a lot of wrecks tonight. But I go anyway, cause I did pay for them after all. I take my receipt to prove I paid for them. The manager asked the people who bagged my order if they put the mashed potatoes in the bag. Neither say they scooped the potatoes, but insisted they were in the bag. So the manager says to me "I'm sure they are in your bag, you just missed them.". I tell him I've unpacked the whole thing, opened all the boxes and there are not there. He hands me my potatoes and says "They are in your bag, but enjoy these too.". Are you kidding? Flat out calling me a liar. I again told him they were not there. I listed everything that was in the bag "Chicken, biscuits, and a small coleslaw, that's it. Where would they be hiding?". He again insisted they are in the bag. I've never ever been treated with so much disrespect in my life. As if I would go back out on such a dark rainy night just to cheat them out of some stupid mashed potatoes.
I've had my orders at other places get messed up before. People make mistakes. I go back and get what I paid for. I've always gotten an apology, and sometimes will get something to compensate for their mistake to make sure their customers are happy and will come back again despite the mess up. I have never ever been told I'm too incompetent to find a large mashed potato and gravy in a bag with only 3 items in it, or that I'm a flat out liar and trying to steal an extra mashed potatoes from them. My complaint has nothing to do with the missing mashed potatoes, it's how the manager handled it once I had to come back. We are fairly new to the area and I've never eaten at a Bojangles before and I can promise you that I never will again.

Be sure you check your 'cajun gravy' side order to make sure you didn't get 'cajun pinto beans'. The staff apparently has trouble interpretting beyond the word 'cajun' and they make this invalid substitution for me about half the time. Prices are high recently, but people are apparently paying. I used to love Supremes here, but at $1.25 per strip, they're just not worth it. If you want a tailgate special with dirty rice and sweet tea, this is your best shot. I'm not entirely sure why they don't put more green on their menu. I'd think adding collard greens with country ham woudl be a no brainer for Bojangles, but they just don't seem to get their target audience (Southern Food fans). Give up on the 'cajun' crap already, you're serving southern food (with a little cayenne pepper in your wet batter).
