For me, it serves the best Pho along Mira Mesa (or perhaps in the whole San Diego area). I prefer Bolsa to Pho Ca Dao (whose spring rolls are slightly better because of their special sauce) or Pho Station.

I'm not Asian so I can't rate this food on it's authenticity but I can rate it on taste and freshness. The food is wonderful. We've been going here for years and have never been disappointed. Very reasonable prices too.
