10/11/2015 12:59 amwe came on a Saturday stopped at Easton before haunted house. decided to try here. got on the waiting list at 6:07 and checked in at host's stand at 7:07 said we are behind and should have u seated 15 minutes. at 7:40 sat down. waited a long time. we ordered drinks and food all at once. 3 meals came out w my side salad. and well my steak dinner did not. miscommunication w server and kitchen. all downhill... under cooked steak. manager did give me lobster bisque to tied me over. then my fiancé asked how they determine the wait times and he said "oh boy I'm sorry obviously they miss told you" "I will take care of you" came back with appetizer cards. checked my steak and then apologized again. he insisted on free desert (which was amazing) and comped the whole meal. fig out it was easily 100.00 or more. needless to say only visit we will do here. |

06/02/2015 8:44 pmYesterday nine of my friends and I ate lunch at Bon Vie for a retirement party and had a great experience! Josh was our server and he had an easy-going manner with us and was able to kid around as well as give excellent service! We had a wonderful, private area to sit that had a huge round table, which made talking so much easier. The table was curtained off and I don't know of another restaurant that has that kind of accommodation. We loved it! The food was very good and I will definitely come back and recommend to others! |

12/13/2014 4:06 amDidn't even get a chance to try this place due to the unaccommodating staff. Tried to go in for a nice lunch with our daughter. Although it is winter, it wasn't particularly chilly outside and the inside was very loud - we asked if it would be possible to be seated on the patio - my daughter is autistic and very noisy restaurants can make for a traumatic experience. (which is uncomfortable both for restaurant staff as well as our family). However, we were told that we would not be accommodated even though all chairs and tables were still out. I find it displeasing that a restaurant such as this will not accommodate those with disabilities. We ended up going over to California Pizza Kitchen, where we were served wonderfully on the outdoor patio (they even set up the heater for us to keep us comfortable and the staff was incredibly attentive). |
