Small, locally-owned shop with extremely delicious ice cream. When we lived relatively close we would often stop by, and now that we don't, we still head over now and then because it's amazing. There's often a line, but they manage to get everyone through the door quickly, and they're always very friendly.

Food:

Yummy ice cream and smoothies! Excellent for a hot Texas day!! White chocolate ice cream and sunshine smoothie are solid choices. Decent prices.. Especially if you're burning outside.

There is a window that leads up to the door of Molly Moon's that reads, "Ice Cream Makes You Happy." No lie in that! This place was suggested to me by a friend because we have a thing for sweets. We had a really good lunch and was seeking dessert, which lead us to this place! Best life decision ever! Handmade ice cream with flavors that you can't find in your local grocery store? I think so!I had the Sasquatch, which was dark chocolate bits with caramel and granola. The chocolate was so creamy and the granola and chocolate bits were like little surprises with every lick or bite! Had it in a waffle cone, which was a little too much/heavy on my stomach, but still worth it.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet! There is a good reason 's is a must-try for anyone who lives in the area or is visiting. Molly Moon's is a cute little shop with delightful ice cream flavors that hit the spot. My favorites are melted chocolate and salted caramel, but they offer other flavors ranging from vanilla and strawberry to honey lavender (which is also good!) their seasonal flavors are also very yummy. One of their current seasonal flavors is peach goat cheese and it's delicious. They give you good size scoops and the staff is always friendly and patient.

Cute ambiance, everything you have ever wanted from an ice cream shop! The staff were so polite and fun, and gave good suggestions. Plenty of choices, we tried 5 flavors and they were delicious. All the cone selections were a nice addition. The perfect way to end a summer date night!

For nearly five decades, this endearing old-school neighborhood favorite, decked out in throwback red-and-white stripes, has commanded lines of bodies nearly as long as its list of housemade ice cream flavors (more than 100). Bonus: there are vegan choices too and a sidewalk patio.
