Beautiful hotel with great staff. Front desk people were very friendly. Anthony was very helpful and made me feel welcomed at the hotel. A great experience.

So many wonderful things stand out about this hotel. The view of the harbor is absolutly breath taking, especially when waking up to it. The staff is something that needs recognition, five stars across the board in that catagory. There were really only three small reasons why we are rating this with 4 stars: the beds were not very comfortable and the showers were nothing spectacular, for those prices we expected a little more in those areas. Lastly, the various packages offered by the hotel were a bit confusing. Which things were included and which were not. So remember to review your bill before check out is complete, but if you forget or are unable, no need to worry- the incredible staff mentioned above will be more than willing to help rectify the error.

This hotel was great. I went with my boyfriend and the people there were so friendly! I recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone. The rooms were comfortable, clean and so relaxing.

Iconic hotel in Boston overlooking the harbor, with its world-famous huge arch that is one of our city symbols. During the summer, they show classic films for free, and in the winter a free ice skating rink it set up. Prices are quite high, but considering the location and amenities, not that much higher than the bland anonymous competitors in Back Bay.

A wonderful experience, the entire staff was very helpful, very courteous, and very prompt with any request. Fiancé' twisted her ankle at Logan airport on arrival and the entire hotel staff was so kind and considerate in every way to assist her with a free wheelchair and make every possible accommodation in the room, transportation and dining rooms. The Sea Grille food was 5-star quality, the room facing the harbor was well appointed with ammenitiees (fridge a bit small, tho) and very comfortable. Stayed a week on business and some R&R, and I will definitely stay here again.
