Boston Market used to be much better, but has fallen off in the last several years. Still pretty good home-style fast food though.

The person that took my order was so busy talking to a friend, that she did notice me to take my order. When she finally acknowledge me she had the nerve to get mad because she assumed that I was dining n when my order was go. She would have known that had she asked me. Then when I called n to speak with a manager I got hung up on twice. Great food horrible Customer Service.

The service here was horrible! While trying to decide what to order, one of the employees( the person who you give your order to) was extremely rude. My fiance ordered chicken and when he did, the employee snapped at him and told him it would 5-10 minutes because we took so long to decide what we wanted. Then my fiance changed his mind while we were still waiting on the chicken, and when he did, the same employee yelled at him about changing his mind. Keep in mind, there was no chicken ready yet, so we had every right to change our minds. We then proceeded to get our sides and the employee put in the wrong order and had the nerve to get frustrated with us because HE made the mistake. He then yelled out loud while other customers were in the restaurant " its not my fault you changed the order three times! Chicken is chicken!". We only changed our order once. My fiance was so frustrated with the employee that he forgot to order our daughter's kids meal and had to get back in line to order again. My fiance then proceeded to place an order and the employee said " you again? are you going to change your mind?". My fiance ignored him and continued to finish the order. This is not good customer service AT ALL. As soon as I can get a hold of management, I will be making a complaint. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

This was the worst boston market every. I was every un happy with the server. The ppl were rude and my food was cold. Bad server!!!!!!!:-(
