10/28/2015 2:15 pmif you look at this restaurant on Google Maps, zoom in on the door, you can have an inside look, if you zoom down by the tables, you can see a cubby hole section where they keep the cleaning supplies...look on the shelf above the carpet sweeper and the trash can w/ a windex bottle ...BREAD ON A SHELF OPEN TO THE ELEMENTS, YOU EAT THAT BREAD....YUCK, GROSS, DISGUSTING. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR THAT ALONE, WILL NOT BE EATING THERE EVER. |

09/17/2015 2:17 amDuring the week we spent in Boston, we went here twice. The food was great! You have to try the clam chowder. Prices were reasonable and the service was great! Still have two days left, so there is a good chance we'll be back! must try! |

07/25/2015 11:47 pmArrived late morning from Minnesota with a full load of luggage on one the the hottest days Boston had experienced in years! We had the cab drop us off at Columbus Park (only a block away) because we (myself, wife, daughter, and 5 year old granddaughter) had no place to go for 4 hours until we could get into our apartment. We were graciously welcomed in, luggage and all, and had a great first meal in Boston at such a traditional looking "seaport" restaurant/bar (what a great view!). I was even welcomed to stay with the luggage while the "ladies" went shopping. They returned after a short while due to the heat and we were again welcome to stay for another 1.5 hrs. until we could brave the heat and our 1/4 mile walk with our luggage. The owner and his daughter were so friendly, as was all the staff, and so understanding of our predicament. We did not know Minnesota nice also existed in Boston! My swordfish steak, by the way, was the best meal I had the entire trip! The owner said it had been caught and brought in just that morning! How is that for fresh! This is a tale I will be telling over and over again about our terrific trip. Oh, the prices are very reasonable compared to many of the other restaurants in the area! |
