Bostone is an amazing pizza place run by nice people. The pizza is very good, and very inexpensive. It's a shame they couldn't maintain their rent on Newbury Street, but they are other locations in Boston to check out!

waited 1 hour and 20 mintues after being told it would take 50 minutes, so I called them and they told me in an unprofessional tone that "I" had cancelled the order which i clearly did not. So then I waited another 15 minutes to get my cold pizza. Delivery guy came and charged me 25 bucks even though I explained everything to them. No discount no apology. I will never go to this poor excuse of a pizza parlor ever again, and I will spread the word of how incredibly rude and ignorant they are to there customers.

Offers standard NY-style slices and Sicilian squares with a variety of delicious topping combinations (my current faves are spinach/garlic and buffalo chicken). Space is slightly cramped but generally clean. Once saw the cashier cut a child's pizza into bite-size pieces and offer her a juice box -- love the staff!

Food:

Boston has no good pizza compared to new haven or new York. Reginas in the north end is great. Bostone is BY FAR the best pizza in Boston outside them. They deliver to back bay too. Great thin crust and WAY BETTER THAN UPPER CRUST!
