Eating there now, December 2014, and have eaten there in the past and I love it! Fried seafood platter and crabmeat au gratin were both excellent!

New Menu to better serve the masses we have listened to the negative and the good comments and found many ways to improve so give Boutins another try 5 new specialty sandwiches, Shrimp Royale is amazing and we have some lighter items for you too such as Tuna and grill Redfish. NEW MENU NEW IDEAS NEW MUSIC.

We ate there on July 18, 2014, and they had changed their menu 2wks prior. The folks that recommended it did not know about the changes. We should have known something was off since it was lunch time and NO ONE was in the restaurant. Even though there was no one else there, it took them an HOUR AND A HALF to get us our orders!!! Then it took another 30 min. to get us our checks!!! We ordered the fish and shrimp. They NO longer have Hushpuppies on the menu!!! Fried Catfish and NO HUSHPUPPIES or cornbread either??? Seriously!!! We got 2 very small pieces of fish, and 5 shrimp, coleslaw and fries for 16.95. IT was awful!!! My SHRIMP WAS SPOILED!!! So was the shrimp from another person with us. I asked for a manager, and one never came. There was no offer to take anything off of our ticket either. We will NEVER eat there again, and we will warn others about this horrible place. Do not spend your money there!!! Ralph and kackoos has a much better fish dinner and it is about the same price.

Cheap, frozen food. Most disgusting and frozen gumbo I have ever seen. I sent it back and was so disappointed that I went straight to ordering dessert...which was also microwaved before serving. Advice to management: people do not want frozen and reheated food.

The food was OK and the service was terrible. They have a lot of tour groups coming in everyday and short of hands all the time. It took them 15 mins to have a waitress to come and about 40 mins to get the food served. At the end, when I saw the check, they charged $3.00 for the live music!! How ridiculous is that! If you want to charge me the music, at least let me know upfront! I would never never come to this place again.
