Well, if you're into all around rude and lazy service at a very expensive price then this place is for you! You'll walk in on a Saturday night to a half empty venue and be told you still have to wait over an hour. That's cool, the place has a fun arcade and nice bar in the back so there's something to do. You provide your phone number and repeat it to them 3 times so that they can text you when the lane is ready. You come back to the front after 2 hours of waiting and ask why you're still waiting and they go " oh well we texted you." You reply, "at which number" and they repeat a wrong one, tell you all the lanes have been given away (the place is literally still half empty)and "your party is next. " 20 min later you finally get a lane and ready to order drinks and food but shockingly no waiter comes to take your order all night. We had to walk back to the bar and order, and when the waiters came back with our (wrong) order, they didn't have the decency to even place it down nicely, instead they threw it down on our table resulting in spillage everywhere, turning around and leaving without an apology or decency to clean up. I can keep going about this place, but I think at this point you get my drift. This place is awful and rude and gives Chelsea Piers a bad name. If you want an entertaining bowling evening go to lucky stripes on 42nd st.

Had Team off-site here. Atmosphere was great, and the place was very spacious.

Pretty good place. Food was good but a bit pricy.

Bowlmor, this was 300. 300 didn't have 300 lanes but it was always packed and highly organized. People seem to enjoy themselves more. Bowlmor's system is less organized but it works. It's terrible that you would have to surrender collateral (I.e. bank cards, driver's license, etc.) To play at Bowlmor. I never had to do that anywhere else. It's an OK place, just not for me. Probably when Bowlmor fixes a few things I'll give it another go.

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon with a few friends to bowl and even though it wasn't horribly crowded, we still had to wait over an hour to get a lane. That being said, I would highly recommend reserving a lane before hand. We waited at the bar and got a few drinks and even getting the bartender's attention was difficult, even though there was maybe two other groups of people. The wings and drinks were pretty tasty at least. The bowling experience itself was great though. The venue has a fun, clean atmosphere with lots of large tvs and dance music and the lanes never malfunctioned.
