Seriously as good as the real thing. Amazing staff. This was the one redeeming thing about my Columbus trip. Fan for life

This place knows how to do it right. I would recommend getting there as EARLY as possible because a)they only serve a limited amount of chicken due to the quality over quantity mentality of this place and b)after opening, it fills up FASSSST. There is NOTHING bad here! If i had any critiques, it's that the sweet tea is diabeetus in a cup (but still delish) and the banana pudding is just so so. Also, they serve good waffles you can sub for bread, but its only available on Sat or Sunday. If you aren't a big spice person go with the cold seasoning, but ALL the seasonings here are done correctly! The best fried chicken I've ever had for sure.

I hate to say it but the Mac n cheese is better than mine, it hurt. And the chicken is great, had the five wings warm; crispy, spicy, delicious. The tea is free, and very sweet and southern tasting.

The sandwich meal at the "warm" seasoning level with banana pudding is a scientifically perfect meal - chicken that's juicy and flavorful, not just spicy for the sake of spicy, slaw on the sandwich to help cut through the strong flavor of the chicken, and two slices of bread on each side to ensure the integrity of the gripping surface.

Plus, rich and creamy mac and cheese on the side to help smooth things over, and banana pudding that brings a sweet and cool end to the experience. Always felt right at home with the atmosphere, and it's in a great place to walk around for a while afterwards.

There's a whole other level to it too - check out the owner's TED talk.

This place knows how to handle itself well. The menu has a limited number of options which is a good thing, as all the food is delicious and the place gets really quite packed. They've got a good system for getting their good food out to you quickly and efficiently. If you are not a huge fan of spicy food, I highly suggest you go with the lowest heat option. Even that was pretty spicy for me, but still delicious. The savory/sweet combo of the chicken and waffles was awesome.
