Brand has repaired vacuum cleaner for my mother-n-law, but now that we moved back to Corpus, and I'm an electronic Technician, I can repair anything electronic, and she won't have to bother Brand Appliance anymore.
At least Brand will be able to supply me with parts I'll need. Too bad Brand doesn't sell appliance repair parts, because I need a Whirlpool dryer door switch for a customer.
I'm glad to see Brand is still in-business, after having moved away since 2008.
Good to be back in Corpus again, since 4/2014. :-)

Called to check on appliance after 4 days of no correspondence and was told the longer I kept them on the phone the less they could be working. Horrible customer service

I sent my razor in for repairs covered under warranty, and they sent it back to me not fixed. When I called to tell them about it "Roy" put the blame on me. I sent it back, and this time he finally fixed it, but not without a rude note saying that they replaced a PC board to "satisfy customer". These people don't know anything about working with customers, or taking work orders. You might as well send your appliances somewhere else if you want them fixed right the first time.
