Food:

I ordered 2 hot fudge banana splits, they made them both wrong, instead of the having all vanilla ice cream they had the old fashion, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. I saw the lady that was working the drive through window get onto one of the other employees about my banana splits and instead of telling him to remake them she just put the banana splits into my bag and try to pass them off to me. Also they are very stingy with their hot fudge, there was barely enough to cover the top , nothing at the bottom and nothing on the bananas.

Food:

The ice cream is great. If you are White, the service is great. If you are Hispanic the srrvice is great. If you dont fit those two categories of human beings -- your service depends on your server. I received terrible service. Food service is a hard job -- I understand that part because I have worked it. I had not done anything to those workers to trigger disrespect -- unless they are racist. Mexicans can be racist too. I will never know that server reacted the way she did. But I have posted a warning on Google and will also notify corporate. You know these days its all about the money. As long as most customers are happy -- corporate does not care about the rest of us. Bad customer service starts small then grows like mold. The drive through was fast. Inside was super slow for specialty ice cream. Just waiting to place an order took a long time with zero line. Then you have to wait longer for your order. Drive through was fast. Hope your ecperience is better.

Food:

Good service but can be very crowded. Within reasonable distance of 360 so it stays pretty busy. The food and Ice Cream are up to par with most of the other locations I've visited. For the most part, the tables are usually clean and the store looks well kept. Even the bathrooms were clean last time I went. Just be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes if you plan to use the Drive Thru after 6 PM.

Food:

Went through the drive through and asked for the nuts on my sundae on the side. Instead I got no nuts at all, yet they charged me for a side of nuts. No big deal, until my daughter found an insect in her ice cream. Too bad there is not an option to attach a picture. I would prefer to take it up with Braums, but since they will not answer the phone, I'll let this experience be known here.

Food:

I love this store , it's very busy most nights , but I love coming here. The employees always recognize me by name and always with a smile. Even on the most busy night . Service is always quick and easy. Even though the store does have its flaws just like everything else in life . The good over ways the bad. I go all out my way every week to come to this store. Sometimes I like to switch it up and come through the drive thru. And the employees still seem to recognize me by my order. I do not know how they do it !!!!
