Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy, Dallas, Texas Restaurant Details

Food:

They do not care about the neighbors. It is 2:45 AM and there is a truck unloading something and making so much noise! I don't know about the quality of what they sell, but it costs me to stay awake most of the nights. Hate it.

Food:

It feels like you've time-traveled back to the 90's, but the ice cream and burgers are great. On top of that it's really inexpensive. I could eat these fat, wavy fries all day. Dallas is one of the few cities in Texas that has a Braum's so check it out if you haven't before. Here's a secret tip: their bacon (in the grocery section) is top notch.

Food:

Food tastes the same as any other Braums. Lower price than similar quality. I like the burgers, but have never been a fan of the ice cream. The wait time at this location is ridiculous. On multiple occasions I have had my food prepared and left under the heater because the employees forgot to bring it out.

Food:

This is the worse location I have ever been too. The one off on Mcdermott in Frisco is by far the best location.

I can't explain how bad this location is. They continue to get my order wrong everytime I come through the drive-thru. The african lady-manager is rude and so is the indian girl.

They just don't care at all. I ask for a malt, they give me a shake and when I want M&M's they never add them. Or they give me crumbs or they don't even want to remake the order.

The GM or DM needs to come in and revise this store.

First off there air vents have no filters they have black mold grease through the vents as well as asbestos. Then around their tables underneath their tables are drunk nasty slime mold it goes in your food it goes in the storage area everywhere get any bit sick contact lawyer straight away and shut this one down there AC vents for the food or cake with mold dust other slime they don't even clean the floors whatsoever they lightly sweet and lightly mop underneath all the counters is slime mold dirt mud old food the health inspector that does this area is an old gentleman who can barely even see and write them off no big deal why are there is a big deal it's disgusting so if you like your family to enjoy mold espestice and crap all through their food then enjoy this place why do people make food without wearing gloves there not properly washing their hands. They employees work that are sick. This location is off of Frankford and Preston in Dallas are there some work for the company have told me the other ones are the same in this area won't be surprised if quite a few other locations are the same way Brahms does not have an efficient maintenance crew they do an awful job. Brahms is that so proud of hiring illegals that have fake social security numbers the GM at the store was proud of bragging about it. There so keep your crispy chicken and a little warmer for hours on end it is not fresh not fully cooked it is bad to keep something that long in a warmer they read cook fries that have already been cooked to say the fresh they keep well done cooked burgers in water so that they have them ready when you drive up but they're soaked in water and all the flavors gone
