Manager is so ghetto she has a playboy tatto on her neck and refused to give me the flavor of ice cream I was asking for she said it would be a waste of money! Omg never coming back here again she was so trashy. Bad service. It's not like I was asking for free ice cream.

Such a bad customer service there employees are super slow and rude they took 30 mins to give my order in the lobby when I was the only customer and went in the drive thru and I left after waiting 20 mins, ridiculous

So the ice cream was the standard goodness that I've come to expect from Braum's, but the service was laughable. After two kids took our initial order (1 strawberry sundae and 1 candy bar sundae) we walked down the line to the cashier. The girl walked up to the cash register and awkwardly looked at me; after a moment, I took this as my queue to tell her my order (above), to which she had to ask me three times what I ordered. I speak very clearly, I believe English to be both of our native languages, but this girl's blank look back at me was frustrating to me as she was clearly not trained to the task of taking an order and typing it into the register. At least the sundaes were good!

Worst place ever , i went july 31 around 8pm and the fat blonde lady called the fire department and police to a homeless black man when all he was doing was laying his head . He had food and all he did is lay his head . Then 5 minutes later police and fire department came through to him and acted like if he was on drugs, so they checked his system and had nothing all that just because he layed his head . How disrespectful . All the cashiers are slow and have ugly attitudes . Never going back disapointment . Yall need new employes.
