Place is not big on cleanliness. Drive thru looks like a landfill and the girl working window looked like her uniform hadn't been washed in years. They ran out of the raspberry dressing that goes with the speciality salad and told me an extra packet would be .65 ....

I do not live it the area of this store. Once or twice a week I visit my 83 year old mother who lives a few miles away from this store. We go out to dinner and stop by this store because she wants some ice cream. I have been doing this with her in the past 3 months now.Walk in and the floors are dirty. Looking around while we eat our ice cream I have notice how dirty this store is. Each time we stop this store is still dirty. Alway looks like they mop the floor with a dirty mop and mop water. Look behind the counters and it is a mess. Dinning area is always dirty. Walls, tables, floor.
I haven't used the restrooms there. I'm affraid of what they may look like or smell like. Each time I take mom there I am real hesitate about eat their. I know I will never order a meal from there just because of the looks behind the counter.
Been a month now....Still dirty...Has not changed at all.

When by the drive-thru ask for 2 large frozen yogurt in a cup and they give me 2 large frozen yogurt in cons and I asked for some un salted pecan & they give me salted pecans twice came into the store spoke to the manager asked him to give me some nuts without salt and he answer me that he didn't have any in the store

Nice staff, but I was once served a stale chicken sandwich, by the night manager - after specifically asking for a fresh one! Didn't go back for months :(. Never had a bad malted shake here - everyone seems to have been trained & understand the ice cream products, at least! Prices are higher than other stores, not sure why - maybe because they are near a grocery store? Could be a lot cleaner - every table was dirty when I was there the other day. OTOH, they do get a lot of kids, blue-collar workers, and poor people, so that's to be expected - a bit. But this was 9 or 10 pm. Won't buy fruit (except bananas) here, either. Apparently, the franchise has a special supply of lousy fruit. I bought fruit here once - it felt and looked nice, but was rotten on the inside - plums, peaches, and pears, all 3! I have waited so long at the counter without being waited-on that I gave up and left before, but that was a few moths ago - I think they have newer staff now-
