Waited in line for 10minutes no service one of the cashiers came back on finally said registers are down itso gonna be 30minutes" another customer asked would they still take cash the cashier said no and turned away all of the customers in line with no apology

Yust went ther waited about 25 min never got my order I Yust left dint even ask them for my money because they said they had all ready gave my order

We love Braums milk and are willing to pay the extra to get it from them rather than the grocery store, and the ice cream is also great.

However, every single solitary time we go here, we're left standing around at the grocery-side register for 5-10 minutes alone. Nobody's there, there's no line, they just can't be bothered to come over and check us out for ages even though they clearly see us. And when they finally do make it over, they generally behave like it'd be less of a hassle if we just walked out with the product rather than making them take 30 seconds to ring it up and take our money.

Jeez, guys. Just jeez.

Super SLOOOOOOWWW service at the drive thru. Constantly backed up. Better to just go inside.
