I love Braum's, they make a good fast food. I've enjoyed coming here for decades now. My only complaint, my only issue with this location is the service. Most of the time I get great service, however, every so often, I have a horrible experience. This happens maybe once a year, and is often just an over all bad experience. One of those situations where everything just goes wrong. Then I stay away for a few weeks, forget about it, come back, and everything is great again. Just some weird anomaly.

Worst experience at a braums I've ever had. Nearly half an hour at the drive thru and my not my correct order. I recommend anything else in the area. I have been inside a couple of times and its not the usual braums friendliness.

Horrible service. Stood in line for 10 minutes without being greeted or being asked to wait just a little longer. It took another 15 minutes for my JR CHICKEN STRIPS (2 strips of chicken) to come out. Never going to this location again. If I could give zero stars, I would.
