I won't get ice cream here again. Ordered a banana split. Didn't ask me if I wanted old fashioned or whatever. Just made it. I shared it with my 2 and 3 year old daughters. We now all feel sick to our stomach. Never going back !

Food:

Good food for fast food. Service could have been a little faster. Employees didn't seem to have much motivation to work quickly. As always, excellent ice cream.

Pick up the speed and sense of urgency and it's a 5 star fast food joint.

Food:

they gave me an undercooked (and by under I mean still pink and raw) burger this afternoon and proceeded to tell me that if I wanted a refund I had to bring in my receipt and my burger for them as proof.

Instead I'm just going to continue posting the pictures of my undercooked burger all over the web.

We have yet to go and find a clean table. Workers were lounging behind the counter and when we asked for a rag to clean a table, one of them offered to come clean a table for us. She asked where we wanted to sit (as if she was willing to clean one table). I said they ALL needed cleaning (there were only 3-4 tables occupied). So she went down the aisle we were on and cleaned those tables and went back behind the counter and folded her arms doing nothing! The owner of this place must not care about customer service.

Normally they have good Hamburgers and Shakes. But last night when I went in and ordered TWO Burgers to go, and took them home, they were horrible!!!!

It tasted like the Patty had been in a warmer for hours even though their Bags say "Hot & Fresh". All of the items of tomatoes, pickles, and onion was in one pile vs being spread around (liked someone cared) on the bun which was half on and half off. We ate them as we were hungry and had already put up the car.

Afterwards I called and spoke to Manager Ashley who was very nice. She asked for the Order # from the Receipt of which I gave her; and she said to come back in now or I could have them in the future. I was willing to chalk this up as just a bad night for burgers, and get a replacement sometime later.

Well today my wife commented that she still would like to have a nice hamburger so I called back thinking they would appreciate if I got this off their 'books' quickly. Spoke to the manager on duty who said that Ashley had only written ONE down, but she would call Ashley and confirm it was TWO, and I should call back in 5 minutes. I waited and called back and this new 'on duty' manager said that the 'New' rules were I had to bring back the burgers with the receipt. If she had not been a woman/lady I would have told her what she could do with her burgers!!!! Usually a good product, and in this case absolutely lousy Service, and poor Quality Food!!!
