The staff is rude. The one girl said "Hi" when I walked in and that's were the hospitality stopped. Tenoyna (sp?) took my order and just stood at the register. She didn't say "Hi, can I help you" nothing. I order a small ice cream first and she says "Are you only getting ice cream?" I said no and continued my order. I ordered a combo and had to ask someone else for the cup. The burger did not come out right. They asked me twice if it was in-house. One girl asked if I got ice cream and SAID "HELLLLLOOOOO" when she didn't get a response. It's not like they were busy at all.

This Braums was the first one I have ever visited. I was doing some shopping on 23rd street and was told to try it out. I LOVE the birthday cake ice cream with marshmallow creme. It has tall bits of cake in it and it's so cheap compared to other ice cream joints.

Braum's represents what is best about people. These people obviously consider quality in whatever they do and present to the public as product. I have have enjoyed Braum's since they have been around here and will continue to patronize them as long as they continue on. Braum's is about more than comfort food it is comfort and confidence. Whatever I get there is good...always has been. I just wish they'd bring back the After Dinner Mint
This store in particular? These people always do their best to get the order correct and rarely make mistakes in that dept. This food is ... well it's Braum's what else can I say.

Best braums the new general manager is spectacular super helpful even when the customers give him a hard time. I had this particular braums recommended to me by other people and was not disappointed. Those bad reviews must be from the old regime because the new management team is great. The GM is one of the most professional I've ever met. Great food great staff would come back again.
