Who is the manager there?I have been to this braums for months now and I enjoyed it especially the nice view of the community college but employees in there are really rude.There was this one kid that looked like he barely worked there and was standing there in front of the cashier for 5 minutes not knowing what he was doing until he called the manager for help and this other employee had me waiting for 10 minutes on a sundae really bad service if not the worst

This location is declining, ordered a pint of ice cream employee did not know what a pint is and then just scooped some ice cream in and did not fill much less pack it. Soda fountain has been messed up for weeks. Dining room is not stocked. Sandwiches swimming in mayo. I really like Braum's but not this store.

Best of everything! Small grocery area in store and lower prices than any other "fast food" place nearby.

The service providers here are always welcoming and nice to their customers. I drive out if my way to go to this one instead of the one that is closer to my house.

I experienced excellent customer service here. Sundae was perfect!! The employees were interacting positively with one another - they were cheerful and seemed like they were glad to be there and glad to serve the customers.
