Look out for the Assistant manager "Tessa". She is extremely rude and condescending!! Went through the drive through, order was incorrect on the screen so I told the young man and he was nice and tried fixing it when all of a sudden I hear Tessa telling me that there was a "glitch" and the computer needs to catch up. Ooook... I could read the screen clear as day. Then after they charged my bank card, sure enough it was WRONG so the young man had to give me a refund. I don't mind that but Tessa was extremely rude and she was wearing a headset checking people out and couldn't even see a screen but had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong. Then when I asked to see her, she wouldn't come to the window so I had to go inside to confront her. She has no customer service skills and is an extremely rude B!! The younger workers had a much better attitude and maybe they need to take over for her because apparently Tessa doesn't like her job!!

Tried to call to see if they were open. The phone rang for a solid twenty seconds. When it stopped ringing, I was greeted by a terrible screeching beep. Go here if you want, but definitely don't try calling.

I've been to this location several times and haven't had a complaint yet. Staff is friendly and quick to get my order ready, I've never had my order wrong and unlike some stores when I order ice cream I don't have to pick pieces of cardboard from it. Looking at you NE 23rd St Braum's.
