Walked in at 9 pm and the management is all standing up front giving us filthy looks and dont even say hello or try to help. Finally one kid who looks drugged out of his mind helps us and it takes 3 times to get the order correct. Extremely slow service. Took 10 minutes to get a malt when there was no line and no business. We asked them why they took so long and they actually said they were lazy. Not only that but they don't clean out their soda machine that often the soda tastes kind of off, almost no fizz at all. The tea is weak and watered down.

The food and service is always great! But today, the cashier had animal fur all over her jacket! I contacted their customer service line and left a voice message. ..... still waiting for a response.
