The water park inside is the only reason I booked the hotel for my toddler to play, which was the best part of the stay. The staff was friendly and for the most part a lot of the stuff is out of their hands. If you want an easily accessible outlet to charge your phone this is not the hotel for you. The bed felt like it was an air mattress, I have owned a sleep number before and it felt like a knock off of this with no way to adjust it. It was miserable to sleep on. There was one desk chair in the King room that had a set up that looked like it should have had at least 1 other chair in there. After being moved to a third room for a fridge to put milk in for my 2 year old daughter they finally just brought one to our room. The air conditioning was not functioning correctly in our room but we just settled as we were tired of moving room to room by the third one.

We come here to have birthday parties at leaping Louie's mini water park. The kids have a great time every time. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place to have birthday parties for young children then add this place to your list.

For the price, I would go somewhere else. No breakfast! Even the cheapest hotels have breakfast. There were rooms full of children on both sides of my room. Even though its a ten story hotel, they decided to put all the loud children next to me. The rooms smell bad and everything looks like a cheap remodeling job. Dont bother with the pool, its packed full and there is nobody monitoring childrens behavior.

Been staying here pretty frequenty for almost a year. Pretty standard middle of the pack hotel, not crappy but not spectacular. Only real complaint i have is the beds are fairly stiff and the style/way they make them. You wind up sliding in towards the foot of the bed to get covered rather than being able to pull them up to cover you where you lay.

Not worth the price we paid. Rooms are old and smell funny. We had to change rooms because our t.v. didnt work. There is no free breakfast. Kids pool was nice but very over croweded. People where having birthday parties out of the hotel rooms and invited the whole neighborhood.
