The owner (Tony Hamati) is a great guy. After finishing our meal (which was AMAZING) my family talked with him for about 30 minutes about what he does. He told us that every single ingredient he puts in his recipes is organically grown. He also said that fresh fish is flown in every day. Tony only puts the best ingredients in his food, and you can taste it. I had the lasagna and you could taste the freshness. It was by far the best dish I have ever had, and I wish I could go there every day (but unfortunately I live in Texas). As I was chatting with him I guessed how he made the sauce and after guessing he told me his secret. My brother is a very picky eater, so the owner said “Just tell me what you want and I will make it for you” (seriously…. He said that). I have been to several restaurants with him and he always orders something and only eats two bites. He ate the entire thing! (And that says a lot). This place is truly amazing and anyone who goes there will not be disappointed. The waiters are always friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. As soon as you walk into the door, you can tell that it is a great place to be. As soon as my family walked in, the owner greeted us and directed us to the table. He gave us a complete overview of the menu and answered all our questions. I wish they would move to San Antonio because I would go there literally every day! Anyone who is looking for great food at a reasonable price should at least walk into the place. If you can’t sense the friendliness and smell the delicious food, go somewhere else. But if you want a memorable meal, one that you will not be disappointed with, go to Bravo Bistro. I guarantee you not be disappointed.

We used a groupon also, but our experience wasn't bad. The waitress was nice and friendly. The table was small, but it fit the dainty, delicate atmostphere. It was a nice place, with good service and delicious food. We didn't mention we had a groupon. We just attached it to the bill with our credit card and it wasn't an issue. The waitress discounted the $20 from our $40 bill. We would come back here.

My wife and I received this groupon as a gift from her sister who also bought it for their other sister and husband as a gift. We decided to go together for a nice dinner one evening and when we arrived they told us that we could only use one groupon per table. So they actually made us move to separate tables in order to redeem both coupons. We all came out of our way to meet here for dinner, only to not be able to sit together. The wait staff seemed very turned off once they learned we had groupons. I could understand if we bought them expecting to try to scam the system or something, but these were gifts. They would not even entertain the idea of making an exception. Overall, I would have to say that setting ridiculous rules for your groupon deals is only a turn off. We would have never came here if we were not gifted the groupon, and definitely will not be back. I thought the whole idea around groupon was to drum up new, and potentially sustainable business.

<br/>To add to this, the person who appeared to be the owner was not even happy that we were moved to the table next to the table were sitting at. He actually wanted the waiter to move us across the already empty restaurant because he wasn't happy that we were sitting so close together. Overall, the experience was very uncomfortable for all of us and again, we will not be back.

This is the best kept secret in Scottsdale! Food is always delish! ....whether it be the cannelloni or the fish special it is always an enjoyable meal. Well priced and great service. I wanted an arugula salad which was not on the menu; they made it for me. The quaint small restaurant allows that quiet dining romantic experience that is hard to find in this fast paced "chain driven" market called restaurants. The service people make you feel welcomed, not rushed. Nice selection of wine. And the owner is always there to greet you and ensure that the utmost dining experience is there. A chef for the King of Jordan (I found out) knows how to treat his guests. A favorite in my books! But don't tell everyone, I want to keep it a secret. Shhhh!

Good service and atmosphere. Great authentic fresh food! Less expensive than comparable restaurants in the area.
