02/02/2012 12:00 amI eat out a lot at some of the best restaurants in Boston and around the world and I like Bravo a lot. Their food isn't the best I've had, but it is good and Bravo may be the quietest restaurant in Boston. The tables are more than amply spaced and their patrons aren't the yuk it up 30 something or business crowd. The service is very good and the atmosphere fitting for an art museum. Ask for a wine menu, they only give you a list by the glass. |

02/13/2010 5:46 pmOn 1/21 11 women attended dinner for a birthday celebration and had the worst experience. We were almost the only people there and non of us felt that the staff or chef were welcoming or interested in our dining experience. There was no presentation to our meals and several of us sent undercooked fish back to the kitchen. For an expensive restaurant one would expect higher quality in attentiveness and food. No one at the restaurant returned emails or phone calls after our negative responses. It is no wonder they received one star on Boston. com. I am totally shocked at the rave reviews. I know that they lost any chance of 11 people returning or suggesting Bravo for dinner, much less than a planned celebration where they didn't even bring out a cupcake or acknowledge the special occasion. |
