Reservation system is not working. Waited up to 50 mins to be seated.

Although we made reservation for a specific hour, we had to wait for 1 hour. And nobody cares about the reservation. Never come again

Before dining at Bravo yesterday, I would have given 5 stars but yesterday's experience will make my husband and I think twice before we go back. We live in Santa Fe and travel to Albuquerque 3-4 times a year. We always stop at Bravo for lunch. When my husband, our service animal and I arrived there yesterday for lunch, we were seated at the very rear of the restaurant probably because of the service dog although that is bordering on an ADA violation. They wanted to hide us away. Although the food is always good, the service was terrible As most of the other patrons were seated in the front of the restaurant, our male server just left us alone. We had to ask for extra beverages, had to ask for bread. Nothing was brought to us without asking. We actually got up and went looking for our server. (There were only 3 tables of patrons when we arrived). I even had to go looking for him to get our bill. I cornered him and let him know we eat there often but were very disappointed in our service. His excuse was he was covering other tables. He was more interested in chatting with a table of three ladies then he was of giving us decent service. I think we will have to find someplace for lunch when we visit Albuquerque.

Delicious. I've been about three times and have not been disappointed. The service is great and the quality of the food is great. They also have delicious tiramisu.
