The food is AMAZING it deserves the five stars everyone saying it's not worth it most likely did not try the steak

Lighting could be better, it is kinda dark in here but the food make up for that. Just not convenient anymore to get here and the company in general is not convenient to deal with either and there are better choices in the area that I like better.

Friday night...an exciting evening. My daughter and granddaughter drove in from Washington, D.C. We finally had time for dinner, just the girls! The big decision...where to eat. Shopping would be part of our evening together...so Bravo at the Gallaria in Upper St. Clair was chosen. The free parking was the best part of our night out for dinner. As we checked in to the crowded hostess desk area, crowded with the hostesses, not clients we let them know we needed a seat for our little person. As we waited and waited for the seat..over 10 minutes ...we asked again and finally after holding on to a squirming child the seat arrived. This was only 5:30 p.m. - not crowded at all. Ice tea was our drink of choice...and I mean ice tea...leave out the plurals...never offered within the hour we were there any refills!!! Now..lets move on...my daughter ordered a pizza and I ordered chicken with my pasta dinner...
her pizza was just nasty...orange colored tomatoes with no flavor on greasey dough...my dinner was so dry and awful...nothing I could imagine coming from a place I always could depend on for a great meal...the hostess was called over...I requested some oil or something to fix the uncooked-dry pasta...well...10 minutes passed and still nothin...
When you have an evening meal like this...you just need to cut your losses and end the torrture. The manager came over to explain that the pasta was cooked HOURS ago...and he apologized for the terrible meals and service. He took all the charges off and was sorry...well..so am I. After such a terrible meal with a little one ...you can imagine that drastic steps must happen....that is when we decided that this could only be made better with a trip to Sarris Candy and Ice Cream...
so...my advice to anyone considering this place...skip the dinner and go straight to dessert!

when Bravo first opened in Mt. Lebo the food and the service was great then everytime we went there it seemed to get worse.I went there today and and had the worse meal ever.My wife and I both had fillet mignon and it was the driest steak I have ever eaten in our lives.The service was terrible also.So if you have some extra money and decide to go to Bravo in Mt Lebanon,Pa. think again.After we told our waitress about the terrible meal all she did was give us a coupon for a free apetizer,like I would actually eat there again,Not

Although the atmosphere was pleasing visually, the food would be comparable to that of the Olive Garden. We were disappointed as we read the reviews giving the restaurant a good rating. Our waitress was nice but her service was below expectations as compared to other 'nice' restaurants. When given our check, she gave us a pen with the advertisement of 'Guardasil' which is a preventative treatment for HPV. Quite funny! We are going to stick with DeBlasios and Pasta Too. Both restaurants serve excellent food and service!
