Slow service and way too noisy. The food wasn't that good either. The roast beef sandwich was soggy and greasy. Way too much cayenne on the homemade chips. I have seen other reviews that mention the ambiance. It may be ok in parts of the place but certainly not in the back room.

This place has lovely ambiance and even better food. I had the new Diablo Bloody Mary and the Crab eggs Benedict. Both were wonderful.

Our server was prompt and very friendly.

A tip is to ask to sit in the indoor garden room courtyard that is filled with plants and a skylight which makes you feel like you are eating outdoors without all the bugs or heat.

First off the food is amazing and a great deal if you can go during the happy hours. The pork sliders are the bomb as are the flat breads.

However. Our waiter left us very disappointed. At first he was slightly awkward and clumsy as he took our order, and we just passed it off as it must be his first day. No biggie. He brought me my drink Brunch Punch, and proceeded to pour the champagne too quickly before I could stop him. It flooded the glass and spilled all over the table. I told him it happens, and he just stared at me as I started to clean it up. He came back with a new glass and said it was on the house, I thanked him and we proceeded to our meal.

After we finished we waited a long time for him to come back before flagging him down. He never refilled the water glasses, and brought the check. My on the house drink was still on the ticket, so I asked him about it. He said just the new bottle of champagne was left out. Well ok. I feel awful, but his waiter skills really need some improvement.

You don't say "this drink is on the house" if it's not.

I had never been to Dallas before and we came to a convention and to celebrate our March 7th wedding anniversary. We were willing to stay away from fast food chains and try some local cafes and restaurants to enjoy full experience. Hotel I stayed at had a list of mostly lunch and dinner places, but I wanted brunch. This place was quaint. It was a perfect experience with the right amount of cozyness and ambiance in one surreal place. I loved the greenery around the cafe because it made me feel like I was out of the country for some odd reason. Loved the food, the service, the environment, and the price was affordable. The only suggestion thing I would make is if your claustrophobic sit on outside table because it feels a tad crowded.

Great place for brunch. I had the migas and it was great. Several of the people in our party had the chicken and waffles which looked awesome. It came with a spicy gravy that looked delicious. Great spot in Uptown to come an relax in the early afternoon.
