Great flavor, Just not enough of it. Yes, it's small and very busy. But I don't mind that, if their product is good... Which it was. I had the meatloaf steak and eggs based on the server's recommendation for my massive level of hunger. It was insanely delicious, Just severely lacking in quantity to satisfy my hunger. All in all, you can expect a delicious breakfast, Just also expect to be at the Subway across the street ordering a Sunrise Melt afterward to finish filling you up.

Delish breakfast place in downtown long beach. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the fact that there is always a long wait...always! So if you plan on going here for breakfast, eat a snack so you won't be starving by the time they finally call your table.

Came here for brunch with a friend, buoyed by great expectations from all the great Yelp reviews! We got here at about noonish on a Saturday and it was BIZZAY, which was a good sign. We had to get their signature dish--the omelet casserole, which turned out to be every bit as good as I've read! Wonderfully savory and satisfying, accompanied by nicely ripe fruit. The portions weren't huge, but I found it to be the perfect amount. Plus, no leftovers to carry back, since we'd walked over. Unfortunately, there were more than a few bothersome flies and the patio wasn't the most picturesque, but the service was very nice and overall we had a great time--definitely worthy of a return visit.

This place was awesome. It's quaint chill.

We were instantly greeted, food came out super fast and was amazing. Good portions great presentation.

Excellent service not one person walked by without asking how we were doing. Great spot.

The menu is small but very unique. I didn't see many of the staples of a diner (steak and eggs, eggs and toast, spam spam spam baked beans spam spam spam), but everything they did offer looked so good, it was hard to make a decision! We ended up getting what was Eggs Benedict (although the actual name escapes me) and it was fantastic! The eggs were perfectly poached, which was a miracle on it's own. Bottomless coffee. Prices are fair enough. Service was a little slow, I wish our waiter had been a little more attentive, and he mumbled and had an accent so I couldn't understand much of what he was saying. Anyway, it's a bit out of the way but I think I'd go again.
