10/28/2015 4:33 pmThe review would be a 4 maybe 5 if they would quit taking the stuff i loved off the menu. Every time i go there im just waiting for them to say "Sorry we took that off the menu". I mean at lease bring back the crab dip GEEEEEZZ!!!!!! I use to have sunday brunch there every time i would go to cleveland. especially during football season not anymore. Let me say this NO they were not specials they had seasonally or limited time offers. |

08/26/2014 4:44 pmThis review is in substitute for Cedar Creek Grille. I came here and was seated immediately due to having reservations made prior to arriving. The restaurant was not completely packed but was crowded during dinner time on the Monday night that I arrived. Parking is semi plentiful and there is an outdoor dining area (which requires reservations) and two bars. The lighting in the main dining area is dim and the dress code is business casual/formal. Service is on point and the food is a good value. I ordered the rainbow trout with lobster beurre blanc, green beans and mashed potatoes. The fish was tender and flavorful and resembled the texture and taste of skate fish. We also had fried calamari with three different gourmet dipping sauces for an appetizer, which was delicious and worth ordering as well. All in all, this is a really nice restaurant located near the Beachwood Mall and Legacy Village and a perfect spot to bring a date, group of friends or host a gathering. The building has plentiful space and is impeccably decorated, right down to the bathrooms. |

05/22/2012 2:48 pmWaited about ten minutes for our drink order to be taken. Coffee arrived lukewarm and we didn't get requested water. After another ten-minute wait, our waitress returned to take our order and we asked again for water. She returned with hot coffee but no water. We snagged a waiter as he was running past and HE finally brought glasses of water (my companion had to take medication). Food was good. Bathrooms were filthy; garbage cans overflowing, no toilet paper in two stalls and the third (handicapped) had a door that would not lock shut. During our meal the sous chef held a meeting with the wait staff at a table next to ours and since THEY were eating lunch, did not appear to care about servicing customers. We had another wait for our bill and an even longer wait to get our change. We should've gone to The Cheesecake Factory nearby but wanted to give Brio a try. Maybe the wait staff at the Tuscan Grille should take lessons from them. We were there at around 2 p.m. and the Grille was pretty deserted, so there was no excuse. |

09/29/2011 7:56 pmThe food was ok. Less then stellar service. Both my husband and I ordered a salads for lunch. He had chicken, I ordered steak. The wrong salad was brought out for me. She came out with a salmon salad. I told her I ordered steak. She said that she would go correct it. Which she did. |
