Salmon asparagus sweet potato's. What eles could you ask for! Delish!!

We enjoyed out meal. Bruschetta quattro, carbonara, Mediterranean shrimp. I think they brought the wrong wine though.

The descriptions of the desserts by the waitress were odd (and funny) and led us to go somewhere else for dessert.

Food:

This place used to very consistently deliver good food and service. Lately it's been going downhill.

Edit: About a year after the above review, my wife and I decided to give Brio another chance last night. We really regretted it. The food was NOT GOOD. Our crab cakes came out COLD. Like out of the refrigerator cold. Our entrees were Sysco cafeteria grade food. The dinner for two costed $100 with no alcohol. Seriously, folks, save your money and go to Outback. The food is better there. Brio just ain't what it used to be.

Our experience was HORRIBLE!! We sat at a bar table and the server was more interested in how many tables he could get. He did not greet us when we sat down. We had to ask him to get us a drink. We had to ask him to take our food order. He never came to the table to check on us. We had to ask another server to get us some bread. He was upset that we split the meal. Our food was cold. He was constantly taking on new tables and never looking our way to see if we even remotely needed anything. We were never thanked for our business when we left.

We own four bars and restaurants. Had he given us a piece of decent service, he would have had a very healthy tip. He did not care about his service. He only wanted to stack up as many tables as he could possibly get. Needless to say, we will NEVER be back.

Food:

The food was delicious but the person on the front lines should be friendlier and courteous. Both times I have been, the same hostess was rude and completely ignored me until on one occasion a server walking by acknowledged me and on another occasion, after saying hello and asking for service, I physically cut the hostess off as she was walking off and asked if there was someone who could help me since she was so busy. The food is great... Service could use some work.
