Great service, great food, great atmosphere.

This might be an off day for Brio, I'm used to good service and quality food. But the last few times here have not been sub-par.

Scheduled a reservation at 7:30, my seat was not available until 8:20.

Brio solicited me with an email for lobster tail and shrimp risotto, after we sit down we find out that the menu option is no longer available.

My wife ordered the Fettuccine Rustica then we find out that they have ran out of the noodles.

Not a good night for Brio.

The service was great. The speed of the food being prepared could be just a little bit faster, but I still had a great time.

It used to be a lot better. It's become very corporate and mechanical. Many of the servers are still very friendly and excellent, and the food is still mostly good (the lobster bisque is too salty, along with a few other things).

Even though it was packed, it was only a 5 minute wait for two. We"d already made our way to the bar and decided to eat there instead because of the friendly service from the bartender. Good food and suprisely fast as well. Special thanks Erick.
