Our server had tatoos and short brown hair, maybe late 20's. She was excellent! The food was delicious and my family has already asked to go back! While we were there the server helped us with our umbrella because the sun was so bright, kept our drinks full and was extraordinarily attentive! We were first timers and she displayed patience with us while we took our time to look through the menu and even offered us a walk through! We will be returning soon!

All pizzas are the same size and they all range from 9 to 12 dollars. Each pizza is a pretty hefty meal for one or a small meal for 2. Delicious flatbread pizza.

Colby is the best. We come every Monday just to see her and her excellent service. Cantina 1511 loves Colby!

Pretty indulgent for lunch, but the gorgonzola nachos are freaking amazing. Ask for them, they aren't on the menu anymore. But worth it.

Food:

Title says it all. This is not real pizza. It is amazing people eat this stuff up like it is the only pizza in town. With that said, the beer on tap was good. Over-priced too but good.
