Placed a pickup order. Delicious. Placed a delivery order 1 night later. Not good. Here's why I still give 5 stars:

1. I wanted to see who was better. You or arcade. Arcade said because I live on the west side, they wouldn't deliver. I'm a 5 MINUTE DRIVE. Tried explaining this to the driver, apparently they have a no "yuppy" mentality.

2. The pick up order was delicious.

3. The delivery was quoted 40. It took 1 hour. A+ at 3:30 am. Nunzios normally takes a lot longer at this time.

4. I asked for garlic butter. You questioned this... Yet still gave me buffalo. I'm still giving you a 5. I hate buffalo.

5. Clearly you're only getting a 5 because arcade wouldn't deliver 1.9 miles away. You came through.

6. Launch a website. I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out your menu... Most people wouldn't even bother. Start using square to take credit cards. Cash only? I didn't know this until I paid for my pickup order. This wasnt even mentioned during my delivery (not even the total until it arrived). What if I didn't have cash?

7. I spent 20 minutes trying to find the owners contact.. Emmanuel, you have almost nothing listed online. I'm taking the menu I personally grabbed from your store and posting it online. TWO ORDERS AND NO ONE GAVE ME A MENU???

8. Two yelp reviews. Even terrible places make fake reviews. Tell your employees to ask for reviews. YOU HAVE GREAT PIZZA!!

9. Just noticed my pizza from last night was larger. In fact, this came in a red box... Last order was in a white box. I ordered a large both times.. (Fat disclaimer - I still have a ton of both left over.. I only wanted to compare arcade..). I think both are the same size box, however this pizza was 12 inches.

10. Your cheese sticks. Amazing crunch. Could tell they were frozen and flash fried, but better than most.

11. Pizza box says "HOT PIZZA 4 times". Pizza was cold. Your brand isn't on the box. No phone number. Nothing.

12. You take down orders with pen a paper. I assume you don't have costing software. What's your food cost? 30% of your product at minimum is being wasted. INVENTORY software is your friend.

13. Those chairs.. Is that stone? VERY COOL!

14. Too much wasted space inside the restaurant.

15. Listen to the high level points. You'll make an additional $50K in the first year. By the 5th, you won't be out of business. Enjoy.

Delicious! This is for sure a hidden gem of Cleveland. It's the only place I'll eat pizza from and I don't even like pizza. Very good has a home made taste, taste of fresh ingredient of flavors. Very good..
