I came here tonight after working a tradeshow all day. Now I'm standing around waiting for another hour at least to pay pretty high price for salty, warm stew. This will be my last time coming back here. Seems like there is NO place near or on the las Vegas strip that isn't charging a arm and a leg for bad food and or bad service. That's probably why I hate coming to this rip-off town and am only forced to come for work

Unsatisfactory service and food!!!

I went here for my fathers wedding dinner, part of a big party dinner where gratuity is added on. This means that they don't care if the costumers are happy or not they will get their tip no matter what

I was astonished at the poor quality of the service, especially for the price of each dish!!! The food that I ordered was a Porterhouse steak (well done) and salad bar and it took an extremely long time to come to the table after i ordered well over 45 mins. In the time that it took for the main dish to come out i had ate two small portions very tasty clam chowder from the salad bar, probably the best iv'e had.

When my food arrived on the table the presentation was horrible, my steak was burned to a crisp on the edges (like charcoal), completely dry and unappetizing I ate no more than two bites of the burned steak. The presentation was just as if they slap a steak on a over sized plate and put a sad peace of rosemary on the top of it.

Highly disappointed with this restaurant I will never go here again and I advise anyone considering to eat here spend your money else ware. High prices bad service.

Food:

The food was good. The atmosphere is more like Denny's. Same price as the food at austins steakhouse and the charcoal room which are also stations steakhouses but those ones come with a nice steakhouse environment to support the price. I really like Palace I home they decide to upgrade this restaurant to look as nice as the Italian restaurant they just put in
