I have been doing business with Brooks Industries for over 30 years. They have the best price for equipment, service, and parts. They keep their word and stand behind their work.

I have a commercial Hoshizaki ice maker that has not been working for the past 2 months. I called to set up an appointment for someone to come out. The gentleman on the phone asked me a few questions and then told me of a few quick and easy solutions. He also quoted me a price for them to come out and take a look. I don't think I have ever called any type of service person where they have given me some ideas over the phone and tried to save me money! I have already set their number up in my phone for future service calls! And if the solutions that he gave me doesn't work - I will be calling them to come out and fix it. Plus I will be much happier to pay the price of a service call. I just wanted to say Thank You!
