This hotel is what it is. It is an inexpensive place to stay when you have to be at the hospital early. It is clean and relatively nice. However, staff always leaves much to be desired. Whether on the phone or in person, staff is generally unprofessional. Since the front desk is understaffed, it may take a while to check in - even late at night. That front desk is also answering the phones so if you call in or if you're in person, you may have to wait while a phone is answered or a guest is checked in. When I was there last time, I stood at the front desk for 8 minutes while there were two front desk employees staring at a computer screen. No one acknowledged that I was there or asked me to wait one second. I finally got up and left. It is the most convenient place to stay if you have to go to the hospital in the morning so we will continue to stay there, but just don't expect much hospitality.
