Brothers Bbq, Denver, Colorado Restaurant Details

Coming from the south (Florida born N raised) and trying a BBQ place in Denver is always a scary thing. BUT!!! This place right here has some AWESOME ASS BBQ for sure, the pork is to die for its tender, moist, and hot just the way I LIKE IT! The sauce is awesome as they offer Texas Smokey BBQ, KC style sweet, Carolina mustard, their own special hot n spicy and also their own original. If you visit you must try this place.

I had the slider sampler and the meats were pretty good, especially with lots of the hot bbq sauce mixed with some sweet bbq sauce. I tried all the sauces and they all seemed pretty good. The only thing I didn't have was the ribs, so maybe next time.

Bottom line: The food was good, a little pricey and I'm still looking for a BBQ place in Denver that blows me away.

I loved the food despite being initially disappointed upon realizing that no one on staff were actually brothers.

Always have great ribs and pulled pork here. The Ribs are lean meat so they don't just fall off the bone, but are very very good. Get them during busy time so you get them hot and fresh. The mashed potatoes are real and super tasty. The one on 6th ave is the best and the owners take pride to make sure you are happy.
= In regards to billywoo . There are five sauces at Brothers and all are from different regions of the country as brothers is their own bbq and not memphis, St. Lous, KC, or Carolina (the vinegar) so I am not sure his issue as all the sauces have been great every time we go. Also they cut the fries in the am and the Owner Chris will show you how to do it, so you are incorrect. I also never had a problem with anybody there and the staff changes, but if they are not friendly the owners get rid of them.
