They have the one the best burgers in Memphis. I always get the cheeseburger and I am not disappointed. The ribs and the turkey sandwich are ok too.

Food is off the chain! Every ounce of food is well-seasoned and well-prepared. Service is awesome and they have a nice selection of wine. The ambiance is very elegant and smooth; thus, is a perfect place for a date. Overall, this is the best restaurant in Memphis (let alone Bartlett) in my humble, tasty opinion!

One of my favorite bars to stop by and chill. Mgrs. John, Joe and Todd are terrific-always stop by to say hello. Bartender Travis, Teera and Chris always remember my name. Highly Recommend anything on the menu!

Always a pleasant experience. We dine in a lot and I order take out at least once a week. Firebirds is interested in people and their dining experience. They pay attention to detail and provide excellent customer service. Today at lunch the server added something extra for me with my crab cake, it was tortilla slaw, with mango habanera chutney. It was awesome just like the service I received. Thank you to the staff and chef at Firebirds on US 64 in Bartlett for going that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and great meals.

I believe it was Hannah that waited on me at the bar, so nice! I hope I have her name correct because she needs to be recognized as an employee who makes people feel welcomed and appreciated.

As always, I love, love, love the 14 oz. rib-eye steaks. They are tender, moist and cooked to perfection. My co-workers treated me to lunch for my birthday. Enjoyed the lobster spinach dip along with the carrot cake for dessert. We three shared one dessert that just how large the portion was for this wonder moist concoction. Our service from the time we entered until we left was exceptional. I tell everyone if you want a great steak go to Firebirds you will have the most wonderful experience in this lifetime. Maybe one day I will try something else on the menu but for now this is my go to place for steak.
