Very good, they give you a great amount of chicken tenders in the tender dinner for a fair price. Although, the French fries were very bland.

This is one of the best kept secrets of Tulsa! Best fried shrimp in Tulsa and amazing finger steaks! Don't think about going here just get in your car and GO!

Great service, great food, and good croud. The only reason I didn't give it a five star rating is the seating is a bit closer together than I am comfortable with. It's not a big deal will be going back for lunch again soon.

Love their chicken livers, love the green beans and the gravy. Four instead of five stars because with all that great food, they choose to serve instant mashed potatoes. Why, Brothers, why?

It's 2015 and my 20th year eating here at the Houligan. As you see echoed in previous posts, any food item you choose will be great and service is always good.

My wife and I dine here about once per week and have for years and years.

A little secret ... ask to try the Sexy Fries. They aren't on the menu, but they are good.
