On 2/6/16.i had a bad experience. The worker who made my sandwich (Angel) was messy, didn't listen, put the wrong items on sandwich, wrapping fell off while I was getting my coffee. Tables were messy/un wiped. Half and half tasted spoiled. While on her way to rest room and ack angel wiped the tables off with her bare hands. Don't think the health dept. would approve. The people at this site are not NEARLY as nice as they used to be.... Really too bad!

By far the slowest bagel shop i have ever been too. Seriously they need to get their act together and realize that most people don't have hours to waste at a bagel place before work and even on the weekends. Terrible
